2つの手、４つの手によるピアノコンサート
～森と湖の国、北欧・フィンランドの音楽を巡って～
志娥慶香 ＆ 杉本ゆみ Duo
異なるバックグラウンドを持つ2人の作曲家・ピアニストが綴る鍵盤デュオライブシリーズ。2016年結成。違うからこそおもしろがってしまった、それぞれの音の世界や、作・編曲アプローチを、対比したり、交えたりしながらの演奏を行ってきました。今回は、志娥慶香が現在第2の活動拠点として訪れるフィンランドの音楽を取り上げ、世界的によく知られたフィンランドの作曲家をはじめ、国民に親しまれている民謡、フィンランドタンゴ・ポルカなどの踊りの曲、ムーミンのテーマ曲等を、このデュオならではのアレンジでお届けします。また自然に恵まれ、似た風土を持つフィンランドと日本、2つの国で育まれた音楽を織り交ぜながら、その風景をご体感いただけるような音空間をお楽しみ下さい。

~ Music of Finland, Land of the Forest and the Lake ~
Keiko Shiga and Yumi Sugimoto Duo
A piano duo concert series since 2016 by two composers, Keiko Shiga & Yumi Sugimoto, offering interesting contrasts and approaches to their music selection. Drawing from Keiko Shiga’s second activity base, the duo are exploring the music of Finland with arrangements of music by the Finnish world class composer, Jean Sibelius; Finnish folk songs, Finnish Tango, the Moomin theme song and more.
Performing in a classic Japanese building known as “Chatouen” in Kawagoe City, also know as Little Edo for its classic resemblance to the traditional Japanese capital, Shiga and Sugimoto will weave a rich tapestry of sights, sounds and impressions from both Finland and Japan.
Program : Finlandia-hymni(Jean Sibelius), Säkkijärven polkka(Finnish folk song), Satumaa(Unto Mononen) and more.
